Editorial Team

How we work

The Betbolts team is small on purpose. A single-brand reference site rewards depth over volume; three people who know the operator well produce a better site than fifteen who each cover one page. Every article is written by a named author, checked by a second editor, and re-read against the operator's live terms before it is published. When the operator changes something material — a bonus wording, a payment method, a withdrawal window — the affected pages are updated within a working week.

We do not commission content from freelancers who have not signed the editorial policy on this site, and we do not accept guest posts. If you find a page here that is not credited to a named author, please tell us: that is a bug, not a feature.

Roles

The editor sets the scope of the site and signs off every page before it goes live. They also handle regulatory correspondence and legal notices. The staff writer covers the money pages — bonuses, promo codes, the app, the sign-up flow — and is responsible for keeping the numbers on those pages accurate month-to-month. The fact-checker verifies specific claims against public sources (regulator registers, the operator's own footer, official app stores) and holds a page back if a claim cannot be verified within a reasonable time. Names and short biographies are published inline on each page in the author card.

Contact the editor

The editor is reachable at the email listed on the Contact Us page. For a factual correction, please quote the sentence you believe is wrong and, if possible, the source that shows the correct version. Corrections that are made in response to reader emails are logged in a public update note at the bottom of the affected page for at least ninety days after the fix.

Join us

We are not actively hiring, but we do read every application we receive. If you write about UK gambling regulation, harm reduction, or the mechanics of specific operators and would like to be considered when a seat opens up, please send two or three published pieces to the editorial address and put HIRING at the start of the subject line. We do not accept CVs without published samples, and we do not respond to blanket outreach from content agencies.
