How to reach us

The fastest way to reach the editorial team is by email. Every message goes to the editor named on our Editorial Team page. Please tell us which page you are writing about (paste the URL) and, if you are reporting a factual error, the specific sentence you believe is wrong. Emails without a URL take longer to answer because we have to guess which of thirty pages you mean.

We do not offer live chat and we do not read direct messages on social platforms. There is no phone line: this is a small editorial operation, and a phone line implies an availability we cannot honestly promise.

Business inquiries

For advertising, affiliate networks, and content partnerships, please use the same address but put the word BUSINESS at the start of the subject line. We do not accept paid guest posts, we do not sell backlinks, and we do not run sponsored reviews. If your proposal fits any of those three categories, please save both of us the time and do not send it. We do occasionally accept editorial partnerships with regulators, harm-reduction charities and licensed operators; those are considered case-by-case.

What we cannot help with

We cannot help with anything that happens inside your Betbolt account. That includes: withdrawals that have been pending for more than three days, bonuses that did not credit, KYC documents that were rejected, self-exclusion requests, and account closures. All of those must be handled by the operator's own support team, reachable from the live chat inside the account.

If you have already contacted the operator and are unhappy with the outcome, the correct next step is the dispute route described on our Dispute Resolution page, not this contact form.

Media requests

Journalists writing about the UK online gambling market are welcome to quote any page on this site as long as the quotation is accurate and the URL is credited. There is no need to ask permission for a short quote. For longer excerpts, an interview, or background commentary from the editor, please put MEDIA at the start of the subject line and include your deadline and outlet.

Response time

Under normal conditions we reply to editorial email within two working days. During the December-January period and around major sporting events the queue can stretch to four or five working days. We do not have a support SLA and we do not pretend to have one. If your issue is time-sensitive and involves money in a Betbolt account, please contact the operator directly — we cannot move faster than they can, no matter how urgently you write.
